• OHS/WHS Managers have an obligation to uphold the legislation and ensure a safe workplace as part of their duty of care
• Forcing workers to take an experimental injection that DOES NOT stop you from catching / spreading COVID is NOT a satisfactory control measure!
• New legislation being enacted in March could see employers charged with Industrial Manslaughter if they force this and someone dies or is seriously injured. Penalties are up to 20 years in jail and/or $10M!!  $100k fine for not following a direction pails in comparison!

Ideally you want to hand them to your OHS/WHS Manager and Supervisor / Manager personally however that is not always possible, so you can always email to the OHS/WHS Manager and above mentioned parties.
